Windows users (Win 95, 98, Me, NT, 2K, XP) can download the FTP program SSH.

Macintosh users will not be able to use SSH. Instead they will need a Macintosh-compatible FTP client that supports SSH. NiftyTelnet 1.1 SSH r3 is an excellent choice.
